Privacy information

Sans Academy uses this portal to provide abacus lessons, practice and student certificates. Contact sansacademytrichy@gmail.com about your account or personal information.

Account information

Registration uses a name, username and password, or Google sign-in. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Google sign-in verifies your Google account identifier and basic profile; your Google password is never sent to this portal. New learner accounts require admin approval.

Learning records

The portal records lesson completion, calculations attempted, correct and incorrect answers, learning time, sign-ins and observed session time. The academy admin can view these records and download Excel and PDF reports. Certificates can include a student name, guardian name, level, performance and issue date entered by the admin.

Storage and services

Cloudflare hosts the portal and its account and activity database. Your browser stores a secure session cookie and local learning progress. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in under its own privacy policy. This portal requests basic sign-in identity rather than access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

Access and requests

Learners can access their learning workspace after approval. Admin accounts manage learners, reports and certificates. Contact the academy to request correction or removal of your information. A parent or guardian should contact the academy when registering a young child or requesting help with a child's records.
