Terms of Service

These terms describe how to use the Sans Academy abacus learning portal. For questions or account help, contact sansacademytrichy@gmail.com.

Accounts and approval

Accounts may be created by the academy admin or requested through registration, including Google sign-up. New self-registered accounts must be approved by the admin before lessons and practice are available. Provide accurate account information and use only your own approved account. A parent or guardian should assist a young child with registration and account use.

Passwords and account access

Keep your login details private and tell the academy if you suspect someone else is using your account. Approved learners with a verified recovery email can request a password-reset link. Accounts without a verified recovery email should contact the academy for help. Learner sessions end after five minutes without activity.

Learning and acceptable use

Use lessons, practice challenges and learning materials for your learning with Sans Academy. Do not share another learner's records, attempt to access accounts or admin functions without permission, disrupt the portal, or submit misleading information. The academy may disable access when an account is misused.

Activity records and certificates

The portal records learning activity so the academy can review progress and prepare reports. Certificates are generated and managed by the admin using the student's details, level, performance and issue date. Contact the academy to correct a record or certificate. Practice results do not automatically issue a certificate.

Availability and support

The portal may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Contact the academy if a lesson, practice result, report or account feature is not working as expected.

Updates

The academy may update these terms as portal features change. The latest version will be available on this page. Contact the academy if you need clarification about an update.
